Architectural Guidelines

These guidelines have been drawn up to safeguard the singular nature of the area and to ensure the orderly process of development, while at the same time protecting the interest of all residents, and have been adopted and ratified by the Land Owners Association in terms of clause 7 of the Rules of Conduct.
